The breakfast are not so much, for more People it need a bit more.

We did not stay at the hotel but went on a tour here. Our guide Donald was great, he took us on ATVs to the top of a mountain where we enjoyed the most amazing view of the volcano and the lake.

We had Alan as our guide. He was absolutely amazing. It was just Alan, my girlfriend and I. He took us on the most amazing ride thru the jungle and pastures. My girlfriend was inexperienced and he was sympathetic to her and very helpful. It was the most fun excursion on our whole trip. Beautiful sights, muddy terrain perfect for riding, and the best tour guide you could ever ask for.
Bottom line: Yes, I would recommend it to a friend
Went on an ATV excursion with Donald as our lead guide. He as courteous and patient with all the people in our party even the Frenchies who gave him a hard time. He led us thru some wet and wild areas but he was sure we were all safe and in good hands. I would do the ATV's again in a heartbeat and would ask for Donald as our guide. I could not rate the resort as we did not stay there so I just put excellent!

The hotel was really good. The rooms were clean, they have A/C as well. Beautiful, well kept facility. They have numerous activities available to go and explore the area close to the volcano. Personally I did the ATVs and our instructor Alfonso was fantastic. I would definitely come back to this place.

La comida es pésima, solo había una silla para bebés, los licores con los que hacen los cocteles son de muy mala calidad, en la habitación el A/C servía por ratos y se apaga intermitentemente, no lo recomiendo.

I was here for my 25th anniversary. This hotel provided privacy and an element of proud beauty looking out at the Arenal volcano. Ther service was very good and the licals friendly. The hotel grounds filled with exotic pmants and tropical flowers. It was a great starting point for our trip. Bueno!
